Hi Ms.Hien,
Just wanted to express to you just how wonderful a trip I had in Vietnam. I was so fortunate to have Dang Vu as my personal guide in Vietnam along with wonderful drivers in Mr. How(Northern area), Mr. Tom(Central Area) and Mr. Hojn (in Southern area) of country to drive safely and professionally. You have in Mr. Dang Vu a great asset who promotes Vietnam in all its glory and has much information and insights into the people, culture, and country. I have many fond memories of my visits to local Vietnamese homes to visit with local families and share stories about their families and how they live. I have many pictures and plan to print off and send many to you so Dang can pass along to the many families I visited with. Dang is a great guide and hope you understand just how wonderful a person he is and how he promotes Indochina Charm Travel...
Dang is your firms best asset and I hope you will continue to appreciate and reward him with ever increasing responsibilities and compensation for the excellent job he does representing your firm and Vietnam. He’s a class act!!!!!!!!! Again, Thanks for all and I will reconnect with you in late Winter also so we can start planning my next journey. Would like to leave by 11-15 and back by 12-8-12. When you have free time I would love to get your ideas on what I should see in each country so we can start process early!!!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year….. Dear Ms Hien
We are now back home safely after our visit to Vietnam and Taiwan.
I must really thank you very much for organising such a wonderful holiday for us. Vietnam was such an interesting country to visit. Your organising of hotels and sights to see was outstanding. We enjoyed seeing the different natural sights – waterfalls, rivers and mountains and grottos. We enjoyed the food that Dang chose for us. We enjoyed staying in the various places you chose. The hotels were all very comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed staying in the village at Babe Lake in the stilt house. The Bai Tho junk was also amazing.
Dang was a very good guide – he was knowledgeable on all aspects of Vietnam – history, geography and the culture and people. He was always very polite and friendly. Mr Thang ( “James”), our driver, was also always careful and we felt very safe with him.
We have so many happy memories – thanks to you.

Dear Mister Anh,
First of all I want to thank you for the excellent organisation of our trip! There is no complain for nothing at all, everything was trial complete satisfaction and filled out our expectations.
Now to some details: all for guides were absolutely kind competent and helpful. Particularly I want to mention a guides for the North, the centre, and Cambodia.
Hotel and cruises absolutely excellent. Meals were not so much included but we ate very good by travelling. Cruising ship in Halong Bay was excellent, but sorry to see that touristic development there doesn't care very much environment and cleanness for example on the beach we visited in one of the islands but not only there.
The only thing I can say to improve is, as you already do very effectively, finding out new and interesting destinations which are not so much visited by tourists.
So I thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness, I will not miss to propose your organisation to friends of mine, who are willing to visit Vietnam.
